My name is Derek Lowry and I have been practicing law since 1998. I began my legal career as an Assistant City Prosecutor with Canton City Prosecutor's Office for approzimately 2 years. as an Assistant City Prosecutor, I was primarily responsible for handling all misdemeanor crimes charged under either the Ohio Revised Code and/or variour municipal ordinances. Upon leaving the Prosecutor's Office, I began a private practice and recently formed a Law Firm in the name of Crawford, Lowry & Associates, LLC. I have represented numerous clients including traffic offenses, varios misdemeanor and felony cases (ie. Drug Offenses, Assault and Domestic Violence offenses, Rape and other Sex offenses). I am also certified to handle capital murder cases. I handle cases for both adults and juveniles. In the time that I have been in practice, I have tried in excess of 50 jury trials with respect to criminal defense and prosecution.
